"My Mother enjoyed this facility for a year & is anxious to go back. The Staff are very loving & caring. The suites are a great size for your loved one to enjoy their personal items, furniture, pictures. plants & curling up with that special blanket in their favorite chair. The food is great in a restaurant style dining room, perfect for socializing. Daily exercise, activities, birthday & holiday celebrations galore, keep residents socializing & young at heart. I always had access to my Mother, there is security & safety measures in place to protect residents,, but no lock down, Staff have gone over & above for my Mother, and I truly appreciate each one of you & your help to make her stay a home.”

Pine Residence Levels of Care

Should you or your loved one require extra care, our highly skilled professionals are always nearby to offer a helping hand. Residents can choose from three levels of care depending on their individual needs.

Level One

Includes the following services:

  • Three nutritionally balanced meals a day
  • Weekly housekeeping services
  • Personal laundry and linen services weekly
  • All utilities (excluding telephone)
  • Basic cable TV
  • All interior / exterior maintenance service
  • 24-hour emergency communication system
  • Resident Activity Program
  • Unlimited use of Residence and Community areas
  • Medication management for 10 or fewer medications
  • Coordination of scheduled transportation services twice a month within local area

Level Two

Includes all of level one plus any of the following services:

  • Housekeeping and laundry service twice a week
  • Bathing standby twice a week
  • Continence reminders
  • Medication management for 20 or fewer medications
  • Assistance with daily needs of dressing and grooming
  • Minimal assistance with oxygen
  • Assistance with Attends, TED hose, assistive devices
  • Two nightly safety checks
  • Assistance to and from activities as required
  • Occasional assistance with transfers
  • Meal reminders
  • Coordination of scheduled transportation services more than twice a month with local area

Level Three

Includes all of level one and two plus any of the following services:

  • Therapeutic diet, special dietary needs or requests
  • Nursing assistance with mobility
  • Housekeeping and laundry services more than twice a week
  • Full bathing assistance more than twice a week
  • Incontinence management program
  • Oxygen management
  • Frequent checks due to safety
  • Daily assistance with transfers
  • Assistance with eating due to limitations of mobility or dexterity
  • Adaptive and special activity support

Hello. My name is Judy Clements, Administrator for Country Place Senior Living in Canton, TX.
 
I have had the pleasure of working with our seniors at Country Place Senior Living since 2014. When I first started, I was the activity director in the Mulberry building. It was a great experience to work with each resident and find out what everyone was interested in and what kind of activities they liked doing. As the years went on I was promoted to the Administrator of the Pine building, and I have enjoyed learning my new role while also meeting our residents at our sister community.

Our goal at Country Place is to be an extension of your family. We want our residents and our staff to feel like they are taking care of each other the same way we do in our own homes. I have seen so many residents reengage with life once they have moved into our building. They start eating more regularly, and they want to play the games and do the activities that we do with them.

Country Place Senior Living is one of a kind and our residents and staff make it a place that I hope you and your family will come to love and appreciate. I look forward to meeting you and your family, and help by providing the care that is needed and deserved.
