Hello. My name is Norma Denson, Administrator for Country Place Senior Living in Hamilton, AL.
I have had the pleasure of working with our seniors at Country Place Senior Living since 2017. When I first started, I was the regional community consultant for several of our buildings. It was a great experience to work with each resident and learn about his or her individual needs. I was then able to help them find a building that would work best for them and their loved ones. As the years went on I was promoted to the Administrator of the Country Place in Hamilton, and I have enjoyed being able to focus my attention on this one building.
I enjoy taking care of our residents and making sure that they have well balanced meals, variety of activities and socialization. Our goal at Country Place is to be an extension of your family. We want our residents and our staff to feel like they are taking care of each other the same way we do in our own homes. I have seen so many residents reengage with life once they have moved into our building. They start eating more regularly, and they want to play the games and do the activities that we do with them.
I’m so grateful to work for a great company that will help in any way to make sure that our residents and staff have everything they need to prosper.
